CTS is a technology group of privately held companies with IS09000 certified locations in Ivrea (Turin) and Bollengo, Italy. CTS Group includes two privately held companies with two wholly owned subsidiaries:
- CTS Electronics S.p.A.
- CTS CashPro S.p.A.
- CTS North America
- CTS CashPro UK

CTS was established and has been in continuous operation since 1980, owned and managed by the founding families, including the second generation. CTS Group re-invests more than 15% of revenue into Research & Development for new technologies and products. 

CTS’ primary focus in on banking automation including check scanners, self-service modules, card printers, cash and coin solutions serving financial institutions, solution providers, corporate customers, self-service integrators and OEM customers. With more than 210,000 sq. feet of manufacturing, warehousing, R&D and logistics space, and more than 300 employees, 100 focused on engineering, CTS is poised to meet the growing needs of its customers.
